In general, our funds’ acquisition criteria are as follows: Qualified Industries
- Protein Import and Distribution
- Food and beverage
- Mission critical industrial: aerospace, defense, mining, agriculture
- B2B manufacturing and processing: specialty metal fabricators, high tech tooling, food etc.
- Consumer products manufacturers sporting goods/hunting, after-market auto performance products, pet products, etc.
- Niche Services Companies
General Qualifying Attributes (flexible depending on the story):
- Positive cash flow
- Ideal EBITDA > $1.5M
- Deal sizes ranging from $10M-$500M
- Companies must have a compelling “story” with significant upside potential for the buyer
- Manufacturers must have propriety products, processes, intellectual property or other unique selling proposition that differentiates them from their competitors
- Ownership that is willing to sell at least 51% of the company.

NOTE: Sellers can be the company owners themselves or wealth advisors who are tasked by the company owners to find avenues to sell their business. Once we have a connection established direct with the company or a wealth advisor, we can then start an email thread where they can find their own dedicated DropBox folder link and they can populate the folder of their information and it could serve as a data room. Or if they have established one, they can provide us with the link to their data room and we can send it to our matching PE guy/s.
