Meet the Team

Gary Grossman

Gary has spent over 25 years extracting insights, validating perspectives, and turning complex challenges into actionable strategies that deliver real, quantifiable  results.  He has guided organizations through growth, restructuring, and large-scale transformation.

170+ companies in six countries, I bring deep operational expertise and a data-driven approach to help businesses streamline processes, improve profitability, and maximize enterprise value.”

His work includes creating structured financial improvements, streamlined information, and accountable work environments, with solutions in 1-3 months and quick wins within weeks.  He has unlocked averages of $300,000 -$3,000,000 of value, cost and/or revenue hidden in underutilized or underleveraged: people, systems, information. Gary’s perspective combines the people sense of a Business Empath, the data fluency of a Forensic Analyst, the financial rigor of a Cost Optimization Leader, and the innovation of an AI Solutions Architect to help organizations see clearly, act decisively, and perform better.

His leadership and ability to connect people, data, and process helps companies align goals, remove friction, and ensure teams understand not just what to do—but why it matters.

At VENN, Gary is focused on:

  • Collaborating and executing operational improvement programs for clients undergoing growth or transition.
  • Leading due-diligence and integration initiatives for private-equity and strategic buyers.
  • Helping leadership teams strengthen decision-making through better communication, process, and data.

Gary’s approach is rooted in curiosity and pragmatism. He listens first, learns how things really work, then helps clients build systems and teams that work even better.

Jen Soule

Jen brings a depth of knowledge in what it takes to scale a company from late startup to over $100M in revenue. Over nearly three decades, she has managed or led every area of a business—finance, HR, sales and marketing, operations, IT/IS, product, and engineering—giving her a unique vantage point on how organizations succeed, where internal friction develops, and how to remove the barriers that slow growth.

Her experience includes driving acquisition integrations, operational optimizations, and enterprise-wide transformations, including an ERP migration and global expansion into Canada, Belgium, and Taiwan. Jen understands not only the mechanics of scaling, but also the human dynamics that determine whether change will last.

What distinguishes her leadership is the belief that culture and transparency are not “nice-to-haves” but the foundation of sustainable growth. Whether guiding a leadership team through alignment, building systems that unlock data visibility, or coaching cross-functional groups to execute against shared goals, Jen works to ensure people understand expectations and purpose. That clarity creates the conditions for meaningful results—and for organizations people want to be part of.

At VENN, Jen is focused on:

  • Helping clients (often under pressure to grow, scale, or prepare for transition / investment) by designing and executing operational transformation roadmaps;
  • Leveraging her boots on the ground, end-to-end experience inside a company, to surface “hidden” value in systems, people, and processes—to drive not just growth, but toward a more efficient, resilient organization;
  • Working collaboratively with the finance, tech & operational specialisms in Venn’s service model (including due diligence, cost & financial optimization, forensic data analysis, fractional C-suite roles) to deliver measurable impact from week one.

Her approach is grounded in listening & learning, then aligning improvements with what people already do well, while systematically removing obstacles and waste. She’s committed to helping clients see their highest potential—not just in financial numbers, but in the power of better systems, better information, and better alignment between the people doing the work and those leading.
